This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for items purchased from our store, either online at flowciteino.com or in-person at our physical location. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Digital downloads and software products.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
2. Process for Returning Items
Online Purchases

- Include your order number, item details, and reason for the return in your request.
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
In-Store Purchases
Bring the item, along with proof of purchase, to our physical store at 136 Parkside Dr, Picayune, Mississippi. A team member will assist you with the return process.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Flowciteino Music Store is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Rejected Refunds
- Items that do not meet our return criteria will not be refunded. You can request the item to be shipped back at your expense.
5. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with a new one at no additional cost. To request an exchange:

- Refunds will be calculated based on the discounted price paid.
- Promotions and discounts are non-refundable and will not be reapplied to exchanged items.
